This privacy policy explains what personal data we process when you visit www.pushery.com or subscribe to our newsletter, and the rights you have. We process personal data only as far as necessary to deliver and secure this website, to send our newsletter (if you sign up), and to measure usage in a privacy-preserving way.

Overview of Data Processing
This is a single-page marketing website. Browsing it is anonymous — you do not need an account, and there is no login. Active collection of personal data happens only if you sign up for our newsletter. In addition, we measure usage in an aggregated, privacy-preserving way and keep our infrastructure secure.
Hosting and Server Location
This website is hosted by ElementarySupplies UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Berlin, Germany, on servers located within the European Union. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website).
Content Delivery and Security (Cloudflare)
We use Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a DNS, TLS, caching and security layer in front of our website. When you access the site, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address, connection metadata and the requested URL in order to deliver content and to protect against attacks. During security events Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies (see our Cookie notice).
Cloudflare may process data in the USA; it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we additionally rely on EU Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Server Logs
Web-server access logging is disabled on this site. Only error-level diagnostic entries may be recorded briefly to detect and fix faults; these can contain an IP address. Such entries are kept only for a short period and then deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Newsletter (Double Opt-In)
If you sign up for our newsletter, we process the email address you enter. We use a double opt-in procedure: after you submit the form we send a confirmation email, and you only become a subscriber once you click the confirmation link. You will not receive any newsletter until you confirm. The confirmation link expires after 48 hours; if you do not confirm, your sign-up data is automatically deleted shortly afterwards.
As proof of your consent, we store — for both your sign-up and your confirmation — the date and time, your IP address, your browser’s user agent, and the exact consent wording and version shown to you. This documents that consent was given and is needed to demonstrate compliance.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); storing the consent records is based on our obligation to be able to demonstrate consent (Art. 6(1)(f), Art. 7(1) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time — via the link in every newsletter email or by emailing [email protected] — with effect for the future. We keep your data until you unsubscribe or object; the record of your consent may be retained as proof until you request its deletion.
Email Delivery (Amazon SES)
Our confirmation and newsletter emails are sent via Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg) using the Amazon SES service in the Frankfurt region (eu-central-1, EU). To deliver email, AWS processes the recipient address and the message content. AWS may transfer data to its parent company in the USA; AWS is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and we have concluded Standard Contractual Clauses and a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a)/(f) GDPR.
Web Analytics (Matomo)
We measure website usage with Matomo, a self-hosted analytics tool operated by ElementarySupplies UG on servers in Germany (EU). No third-party analytics provider is involved.
Our Matomo setup is privacy-preserving: it runs entirely server-side (there is no Matomo JavaScript or tracking pixel in your browser), sets no cookies, anonymizes your IP address (the last octet is removed before storage), uses no cross-site tracking, fingerprinting or device identifiers, and honors the Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control signals — if your browser sends one, no measurement takes place. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; no consent is required, as nothing is stored on or read from your device (§ 25(1) TDDDG).
Error Monitoring (Flare)
To detect and fix technical errors, we use Flare, a server-side error-monitoring service provided by Flare App BV (Belgium, flareapp.io). When an application error occurs, Flare receives a diagnostic report that can include the requested URL, a stack trace and — incidentally — an IP address. Flare runs no code in your browser and sets no cookies. Reports are retained for a limited period (typically 30–90 days). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; a data processing agreement is in place (Art. 28 GDPR).
Cookies
We use a single strictly necessary cookie (csrf) to protect the newsletter form against cross-site request forgery; it is set only when you interact with the form and expires after about two hours. We do not use any analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies (see above). Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Full details are in our Cookie notice.
No Third-Party Content
All resources this website loads — stylesheets, scripts, fonts and images — are served from our own domain. We do not embed Google Fonts, Google Analytics, social-media widgets, advertising pixels or any other third-party content, so your browser does not load resources from third parties when you visit the site.
Recipients of Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. It is shared only with the processors we rely on to operate the site (our host, Cloudflare, and Amazon SES for email), where we are legally obliged to disclose it, or where you have given separate consent. All processors are bound by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Storage Duration
We keep personal data only as long as necessary: newsletter data until you unsubscribe or request deletion (with the consent record retained as proof); error reports for up to 30–90 days; Matomo data in aggregated, IP-anonymized form; and short-lived server diagnostics for a few days.
Data Security
We protect your data with HTTPS/HSTS encryption, a strict Content-Security-Policy, CSRF protection and rate limiting on the newsletter form, no third-party scripts, and regular security updates.
Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21) to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
To exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected].
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin (www.datenschutz-berlin.de).
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to our website or legal requirements. The current version is always available here.

This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on www.pushery.com. We use cookies only where they are strictly necessary to make the site work — specifically to protect the newsletter form against cross-site request forgery. We do not use any cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Strictly Necessary Cookies
Name: __Host-csrf (csrf over plain HTTP)
Purpose: protects the newsletter signup form against cross-site request forgery
Duration: about 2 hours
Type: first-party, strictly necessary
This cookie is set by JavaScript only when you interact with the newsletter form, and it is not used to track you. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (§ 25(2) TDDDG).
Web Analytics (Matomo) — No Cookies
Our usage analytics (Matomo) runs entirely on our own server. There is no Matomo JavaScript or pixel in your browser, and no Matomo cookie is set. IP addresses are anonymized and no cross-session identification takes place.
Error Monitoring — No Cookies
Our error monitoring (Flare) runs server-side only. It sets no cookies and runs no code in your browser.
Security (Cloudflare)
__cf_bm: distinguishes humans from bots; about 30 minutes
cf_clearance: records that a security challenge was passed; up to about 30 minutes
Our site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary security cookies during threat conditions (for example when verifying that a request is not automated):
These cookies exist solely for security, never for advertising.
What We Do Not Use
We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, reCAPTCHA, Google Fonts, advertising or retargeting pixels, third-party login, device fingerprinting, or any sale of personal data.
Managing Cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the csrf cookie prevents the newsletter signup from working, but the rest of the site continues to function normally.
Changes to This Cookie Notice
We keep this notice in sync with the cookies actually used. The current version is always available here.
